Why we built it
Over a decade of working with global enterprises, we have watched the same pattern repeat: significant investment in data and AI, modest impact on the decisions that actually move the business. The methodology exists to change that — by anchoring every stage of the work to the decisions that create value, and the trust required to make them with confidence.
Our conviction
Decision-Driven comes before AI Ready. AI inherits the trust of the data underneath it, and the maturity of the decisions around it. An organization that has not yet connected its decisions to trusted, governed data products will inherit that gap the moment AI is applied at scale. We put that foundation in place first, deliberately.
The order of operations
Business decisions before data. Trusted data before AI.
