Terms of Service

The Latttice Live Data Experience is an interactive demonstration operated by Data Tiles Ltd. It allows visitors to see a live Latttice data product update when they voluntarily send an SMS message to the designated demonstration number.

These terms apply specifically to participation in the Latttice Live Data Experience and supplement the applicable Data Tiles General Terms of Service.

Participation is voluntary and initiated by the visitor.

By sending an SMS to the demonstration number, the visitor agrees to have the content of that message used to update a live Latttice data product.

The demonstration does not enroll visitors in a subscription or marketing communications program.

No automated SMS replies, recurring messages, or marketing SMS messages are sent to participants.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on the visitor's mobile carrier and service plan.

Data Tiles Ltd does not receive or store visitors' mobile phone numbers through this demonstration.

A third-party SMS provider processes the phone number as necessary to transmit the message.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
