About These Legal Documents
These documents set out the general legal terms, policies and protections applicable to Data Tiles Ltd and its software products and services, including Latttice, Lenz and future offerings.
Data Tiles enters into separately negotiated commercial and licensing agreements with its partners, customers and other authorized parties. Those agreements establish the specific rights, obligations, commercial arrangements and conditions applicable to each relationship.
Where a separately executed agreement incorporates or refers to these documents, they apply to the extent specified in that agreement. If there is any inconsistency, the terms of the separately executed agreement take precedence unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Publication of these documents on the Data Tiles website does not, by itself, establish a contractual relationship or replace any separately negotiated agreement.
