Partner Portal Access Terms

The Partner Portal is for approved Data Tiles partners and authorized users. Access is granted by Data Tiles to approved partner organizations and authorized individuals and may be withdrawn where appropriate.

Non-public partner resources, technical documentation, sales materials and implementation guidance must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized parties, except where permitted by Data Tiles or an applicable agreement.

Users must protect their login credentials, must not share individual accounts and must use portal resources responsibly for authorized partner-related activities.

Portal materials remain the property of Data Tiles or their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted rights to reproduce or distribute materials.

Commercial rights, licensing and delivery authority are governed by applicable written agreements and authorizations.

Portal access and participation in learning do not automatically confer certification, reseller rights or implementation authority.

These access terms supplement, rather than replace, applicable Data Tiles legal terms and separately executed agreements.
